100% agree that you have to eat. My normal workouts were taking place at 5-6 and i could get my PWO Shake (2:1 dextrose/whey) and the follow up with a meal (chicken / brown rice) a few hours later.

i have a referal form to a lab and wanted to "add" a few more tests. I am getting my iron checked (tibc) and the following:
