    I would think the cholesterol issues would be worse. Check out medicinal uses of drol and dosing before you think 50 mg daily is all that bad, even for a prolonged period. I wouldn't do it, but drol was used at about 300mg daily for months on end, and i have not seen much if anything in the way...

    Is there much of a difference between flat bench bar...

    I don't like the smith, but many people do. Probably because i am so tall and lanky it is hard being in a fixed plane. It is better than nothing but probably not as good as freeweights. May be useful for some thing if you are already fatiqued.

    Bar bending\boouncing durring squats

    I lost 700 lbs off my back in a meet because the whip of the bar was not timed. Be careful, i routinely have to explain to kids to stay away from our deadlift bars when they squat for that very reason.

    I have said this many times, until i got on the boards i knew tons of people who ran an amp a week of test and gained a lot of size and alot of strenght. So i guess the body does not produce that naturally. People who get true HRT, not the "hrt" that most are getting from Florida these days...

    You can't just sit here and give us some bodyparts and say critique. Everyone is different. Training on cycle is like training off cycle, you just may be able to push it harder and recover better. Most people i know don't change much when they get on.
