I am doing my first competition and wanted to get some input from everyone. I am shooting for 3% bodyfat on stage. At that percentage will stirations in the muscles be seen? I am two weeks out right now and i am sittin at about high 4% to 5%. So i basically have to lose 1% a week. Any advice on...
i am 5 weeks out from my comp now. i started clen at 8 weeks out. its works really well if you have a good diet and are doing cardio and it sounds like you have that part down.
this is the same situation that i am in. i've been on for a 6 days at 100mcg a day and i have not noticed any real differences. I am 7 weeks out from my competition so its not like i am not dieting correctly. any suggestions?
