I agree with the article about low free T and depression. The problem is psychiatrists don't take low T into consideration when dealing with depression. They just want to give you depression pills. Also, your regular doctor won't put together the depression/testosterone link if free testosterone...

I eat a lot of the same stuff as Cashout, but I need my vegetables, walnuts, almonds and more fruit than just apples, but then again, I'm running around 25% body fat...... so I guess I'm doing it wrong.....
