I have leaned out quite a bit, veins have started to show on stomach. My weight at full depletion is 185lb, after carb days I sit at 198lb.
Diet:
4 days low carb/fat
2 days carb reload
1 day moderate carbs
Training:
weight training 4/wk
cardio 4/wk

What's your opinion on whey vs casein protein in regards to AA down regulation? I'm starting to feel if protein intake is adequate through out the day that a bolus amount of AA from the fast absorbing whey would just cause an overtaxing effect and cause down regulation in AA sensitivity...
Sides weren't bad at all for me actually. I took 20mg/day and I may have broke out a little but nothing nasty. Might just be my kind of oral ha.
Adrol had worse sides for me
I would drop the T3 its going to be too catabolic without sufficient anabolic IE: injectables.
I'd run clen w/keto and ghrp-2/mod-19 type stack. Add in a sarm if you want some type of an anabolic.
Then get diet squared away, add in some cardio. Short little cut without inj.
Or just run test...
