Most should know that diet and training are where the magic happens, but what's your go to stack for muscle retention, energy, and libido during cuts.

I ran a test p, mast p, and var cycle last summer and had great results. Had some decent strength gains and the var and mast p really leaned me out and gave me lots of vascularity.

So your body type makes a difference, BUT for me,

Low Test E, 1 -12-16 wk I do longer cycles
Prop 1-4 wks
Mast 1-10-,12
Winstrol 100mg ED wk 12-16
Many people do not like Winstrol due to joints but I've used it r=for many years and I get hard and vascular, old time contest prep and good IMOP.

Now Tren is good for the leanness as they said, BUT, some, myself I don't get the energy from Tren. I get tired and it is harder for some to breath during workouts. I use Tren for ultimate building of lean muscle mass and add a bulker to that and strength.

Also for hardness, cutting and vascularity do some high rep sets at the end of the exercise, like 15-20. A workout at 4-6-8 reps heavy load is for specifically building mass. When cutting one, must know that for hat cycle your LMM is what it is so concentrate on the cut, hardness and so on.

I see a ton of great cycles here.

Week 1-16 - Cyp 250mg
Week 1-10 - Primo E 600mg (2mL - 3x week)
Week 11-14 - Primo E 300mg (1mL - 3x week)
Week 11-14 - Mast P 450mg (1.5mL - 3x week)
Week 11-14 - Tren A 450mg (1.5mL - 3x week)
Week 13-16 - Anavar 30mg (very bad as Var) (10mg/3x daily)

Note 1
When using T-3 you want to start out at a dose
of 12.5mcg to 15mcg every day depending on the kind you have. Then ramp up 12.5mcg-15mcg every 3 days till you reach a dose of 75mcg every day. Stay at that does for 3 to 4 weeks and then ramp down in the same way you ramped up. Keep in mind you want to split your doses up into 2 or 3 doses a day. Example
Day 1-3 15mcg every day
Day 4-7 15mcg twice a day Morning and Afternoon
Day 8-10 15mcg 3 times a day Morning, Afternoon, and night
Day 11-13 30mcg Morning. Then 15mcg Afternoon and night
Day 14-16 30mcg Morning and After noon. 15mcg Night
Day 17-19 30mcg Morning, afternoon, and night
Stay at a dose of 30mcg morning, afternoon, and night
for 4 weeks (or as long as you like but time it right with the cycle) and then start to ram down the same way you ramped up. Taking away 12.5mcg every day.

You can ramp up as high as 120-160mcg a day if you are a large person 210lb or above and or you have a lot of experience using this drug. You can also stay on T-3 for up to 4-6 months and then ramp off and not have much trouble so long as you follow my advice. I have ran T3 As high as 150mcg for as long as 3-4 months.



Note 2
You want to start out with 2-4mg 3 times a day and then add a 2-4mg dose every 3 days (some people get it dosed at 4mg or 2mg all depends on brand but don't start off with more then 3 4mg doses a day)Once you reach 6 2-4mg doses a day you stay at this level until its over. So it would look like this..

Days 1 3mg morning noon and night
Day 2 3mg morning noon and night
Day 3 3mg morning noon and night
Day 4 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 5 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm
Day 6 3mg 8am 12pm,4pm 8pm

Thanks bro, was going to go as original planned 16 weeks, but seen that 3j and psl shredder contest and couldnt resist entering lol, so I am going another 4 to 5 weeks on this cut, down from 23% bf to 9% in 16 week time frame, hopefully get to 7% by the end date of this contest, its getting tougher cause I have been depleted so long but giving it my best shot for another month, my original plan was to do a 16 week cut then do a recomp at maintanence

Really I mean REALLY all this just to cut. All the schedule, all the T3 the Albuterol when this can be done without unless you are a FAT shit and then your BF% is too high to cycle. Get that down by training and diet maybe a little test and NPP or even Mast or your choice.

If this worked for you , COOL beans but for a recommendation if this is one, Very bad. This might be done or some portion of it by the pro's for pre-show. BUT Jezz man DIET will do it and IMOP no one should be relying on such a schedule with harsh things like Albuterol and T3

Then a real cutting stack wit three compounds and AI and your PCT.
DO really think your body is going to re-act like a lest tube /science project? There is NO magic potion.

THINK, about this, really. I just think in my opinion someone is looking for a big short cut and is doing what the newbies do and think AAS is the answer to all their prayers. Take this for that and this for this and then at dawn throw in but on the second week take it at night not day. Then switch Black to bla, bla , bla.
