1 year precontest plan advice!

Greetings ,
I am in need of solid advice regarging my dieting/training/supplementation schedule for 1 year until my next ifbb show.
I am at week 12 of my cutting cycle , so its PCT time soon . The way i see it i have like 8 months of maintanance in front of me until i get to precontest period (4months since im an endo).
STATS:238LBS ~11% BF , 6.3" , still having water retention as always
Diet: The plan i was about to follow for off contest period //Note that as an endo i pack unwanted weight really easily and my goal for this season is to remain at 10-11% bf range.
M1-OAT PROTEIN

TRAINING
M4-PROTEIN

M5-CHICKEN SWEET POTATO (will try tuna instead of chicken)

I have banned salt from my diet completely

Ill summarize training :
Atm i workout maximum 45 mins ,6days a week , doing 12-16reps , or supersets with resting time of 30-45 seconds .In general im using lightweight training but very intense.
But for this 8 month period june-january i think i should go with 10-12 reps doing heavyweight , and workout longer lets say 45-60 mins depending on muscle group .
Cardio is 6 times a week 30 mins of treadmil at 6.5 km ,fast paced walking.

Suppls/Gear:
My mindset right now is convinced that in some years from now i want to be a father and have kids , so i want to stay away from injectables and harmful steroids like tren. I would want to stick with winstrol/anavar only cycles maybe even without test since test blows me up with water even prop ester. Cycling without test is said to be foolish im aware , i have 5-6 cycles under my belt i am 23 and every single weekly dosage was from 225-350mg, never done a cycle without proper pct or hcg and liv52/speman. So 1 cycle is planned from march to end may as a precontest period ,winny anavar stack is what im thinking right now, and i am not sure if i should go with another 2 month cycle during octomber /november ?
As for real supps , ive read that cla/sesamin/omega3/carnitine stack works wonders for endomorphs in order to lower BF% , plus i intend on using clen quite frequntly throughout off season . I am also considering of nitric oxide /whey stack but when talking about supplements i have no idea on which periods /months to stack them since its a long period .

Can you be very clear about your goal and restrictions?

i.e. 8 month offseason - gain 5lbs LBM, don't want to use test and want to stay below 12% bf

Am I missing anything?
