10 ml vials filtering

Hi my english is not so good.

When you filter the mix with Syringe Filter can I fliter i 10 ml steril vials about 4-8x with the same needel/filter/pump or sould I mix it in a larger 40ml vial then fill the 10 ml vials?

And do you need too bake them or not when you filterd them?

And do you need usp oil?

I use oil from the grocery store.

You can filter into multiple 10mL vials...why not?

Baking is usually considered optional. Many of us do it when we're new (275 for 45 mins-1 hour) but eventually realize it isn't necessary.

So I dont need do chance needels just rub the top with alcohol rubbing pads?

one more quest sould i let the pump be attached too the needel filter all the time and just pore the mix in pump by removing the plunger?

oh.

hmmm. Some guys disconnect the syringe filter and draw up the oil, others remove the plunger. Do whatever you find works the best.

I remove the plunger and pour the oil in.

You do not need to change needles, just swab with isopropyl alcohol.
