10 weeks test e

hey guys,
this is an alt account i had to make so google didnt index my posts from my old account to link everyone to see lol.

Im 24yrs old, 200lb, 6foot. ive got enough vials for 12 weeks but not sure if thats too long.

before shot, ive been goin to the gym solid for about 2 years now, had to have a break prior from a shoulder reconstruction zzz.

my program:

day1
tricep dip
flat bench
incline bench
decline bench
skull crush
tri extention

day2
overgrasp/undergrasp chin ups
deadlift
bentover row
reverse curl
curl
preacher

day3
clean and jerk
millitary press
squats
stiff legged deadlifts
calf raise

i try to do around 3x8 per excercise cept calf raise.
Im clean now and go around 5 days a week cycling through those sessions.

im starting in 2 days doing 500cc a week shooting 2x250cc.

I have to do along of runnning at work so its a little hard to put on much bulk but im gonna try :smash:
 
Well, first off... Drop the Domino's and Smirnoff Vodka.

Secondly, I think you could go 12 weeks if you have the Test for it. 12 weeks isn't long for a long estered Test by any means.

You've got some work to do. I think you should see some nice results from this cycle, but make sure you keep your diet and training spot on.
 
HAHAHA nice pickup! im trying to cut away all the booze and pizza for this cycle, my training is good but my diet i struggle with. ATM im just trying to get enough calories in per day as possible and the 200g of protein.
I loose weight really really easy, too easy actually.
 
You look good dude. Thicken up that back to get you the v-taper and maybe get those forearms a little bigger and you will be looking real good. How are the legs? Funny I used to always say it's all about chest no i think it's all about legs since their the foundation of the body. Glad to see you got a log going. Bad Ass Tat BTW.
 
yeah my legs are decent, i love squating and shit. Its funny how when you first start out at the gym you never ever do legs, its all arms and chest. then you never actually get bigger till you do squats years later haha.
I did 5 x 8 100kg squats last night with a few hamstring curls and calf raises after. feelin sore today but nothing a nice pin cant fix! :D

pin 5 done, fukn hurts like hell using 22G size needles. more blood aswell lol.
im startin to feel it at the gym, lil bit more str and more aggressive to the weights. mood up a tad aswell.
i counted my vials and i got enough for 11 weeks total so im gonna go through em all. fun times
 
just hit the 4 week mark and shits gettin crazy and i love it! my ball sake looks like a fukn empty baloon lol. but i cant stop thinkin bout rootin.
Im hitting P.B's in the gym nearly everytime i go now.
Im wondering if i should change my program tho, im going around 6times a week atm using that program up top.
Its very frequent heavy lifts. any thoughts?
 
give the 5x5 a look. I have seen different versions but overall the idea of basing workouts around compound moves is something that will help anyone add size.
 
no you could use 5x5 3-4 times max per week. it will add mass quicker than any other program.

I went to the gym on thursday to do a sesh and my elbow joints fukn hurt heaps, couldnt even do 1 dip, so im gonna give it a few days off. have some glucosamine and fish oil
 
so im however many weeks in now and im really sore after yesterdays and the day befores sesh at the gym.
I did back and bi's yesterday and chest and tri's on tuesday. And today my arms and back are dead. Im thinking my gear is dud.
I got the first 5 amps from my last cycle and i got 15 new amps for this cycle and used the new amps after i did my old ones.
have you guys ever had muscle soreness while on cycle?
 
so i skiped the gym yesterday and woke up and my bi's still have DOMS. Im abit worried now cuz half my gear was from a different batch so i think i may have missed post cycle therapy (pct), im thinking i should just cut it away now and get on nolva/clomid asap
 
well, thats the end of that lol, epic fail. I started the clomid today and have come out of this ordeal weaker then when i started hahaha.

I went from doing 100kg on bench no worries down to around 80kg haha, so yeah, learn from my failures ppl. DONT EVER mix different batch's of amps. Cuz if you start off on a good batch and move to the fake batch after a month you wont know they are fake untill its too late and you will be the worlds most catabolic man.
