12 weekd out, using OP for cutting n contrst prep, diet as well.. looking.for pro car

Gym time, start heavy then.light, lots n.lots of set to get strirstions as well as high reps, then i hit the suana for 20min jacuzzi for 20min the hour cardio, then i rework out.. Im.on so.much gear my body doesnt over train!..


As u get closer to the show be very careful not to overtrain, that's when an injury can jump up and bite u in the ass...

and that really don't matter how much gear ur on ;)
 
12 weeks out? what national show is in april? the first national show of the year is at the end of may, JR USA's. And then Jr. Nat's a few weeks after that.
 
Hes talking striations meaning you can see the muscle fibers through your skin. The lower your bf the easier it is to see striations. Its actually a type of muscle tissue that has alot of sarcomeres.

[U[/U]well banzi, yes it shows more when bf is down if ur doing more reps.. Lower weights urnheart rate is up so is ur metabolic rate therefore burning more fat, gets the strirations in.. As well. as my posing to get them deep, i have kai greenes old coach n inwork alot with kai as well, so i am not miss informed in any waybshape or form! As far as the posing i do it mon wed fri.. 40 min sessions

And for the over training by contest time no i wont over train ill wctually cut down on muscle training.. Add more cardio cut down the test, increase winny,tren,mast,clen! And gh will be lowered but more frequent so i cut out any possible bloat!!!
