14 week S4

Ok. i am finishing up a 14 week cycle of S4. i did between 60-80 MG per day.

i started at 172lb 12% BF.
all lifts are done 5x5 with 2 warm up and 1 cool down.

it was a great run. i follow lean gains and only lift 3x per week. vision sides were mild but i did need sunglasses or my eyes hurt. night vision sucked. diet was spot on with a few cheats. very lethargic at the end and i bumped it up to 90 MG for a week but felt like i was trying to escape my skin(wierd reaction very anxious). i have started PCT with Nolva+clomid+IGF-1 LR3+ipam+ghrp6 pre bed. some days i felt like a god and some days (towards end i felt tired and depressed. i like S4 more than MK2866 because of how dry i look, how the strength just keeps coming and how god like i feel. i don't like the vision sides, M1 metabolite or some what over stim feeling i get.

next cycle coming is a MK2866 long term. i still don't like the bloat i experience on it but will try it on a bulk.

i saw a couple others try this. the only sides were the night vision and some mood swings last 2 weeks. no real shut down ( my boys shrank sometimes but had constant and still do have morning wood. no down in the dumps low energy feeling now that im off). the potency and actual anabolic like effects tapered substantially around week 9. strength gains plataued around the same time. all in all it is sort of a waste to go that long. the effects peak around the 3rd week and carry high into week 6 then it is like the body just adapts. the only noticeable thing after week 6 is ssubstantial decrease in body weight while maintaining strength and muscle size. i have not used any PCT except the peps. IGF-1 LR3 40 MCGs split into 20 bilat and 120 MCGs mix of 60 ipam and 60 ghrp6 pre bed (if i use the GHRH i am too lethargic and bloat) the only noticeable thing while i am off is im not as dry looking and the god like feeling isn't there. IF i run this again it will be pre-workout only @ maybe 30-50 MG and only on lift days during a cut. like i said after the 6th week i started dropping 1-2lbs per week.
