18 Looking For Advice

Hey guys im new to the site and i guess the whole steroid scence as well. Was just chasin some general info about how to get big. Heres some info i got no stats or pics yet gonna do that tomorro, im 18 yrs old 6'4 and 176pounds, i have the longest lankiest arms and legs and a sze 16 foot (just to emphasize what your dealing with here),ive been workin out since i was 16 and have actually developed a solid chest and back problem being my arms and legs sooo long and lanky its impossible to get mass there. some tell me its bad genetics and that i shuld look into basketball and leave the gym alone, i beg to differ i belive if i can get it all right and stack some mass on maybe with the help of steroids later on i could look rather epic. My questions being though how long do i delay the use, its hard for me because to be honest im not going to achieve what i want without them i know this,its my genetics im lanky :( , and what can i do to improve my chacnes.

I eat a fuckload as well im italian and lemme tell ya i got an appetite,mama take care of me its jsut not workin

at 6-4 and 176 pounds one of 2 things is happening

your REALLY dont eat as much as you think [ 90% of the time thats the problem ]

you have a health problem like a overactive thyrpoid that causes you to burn too many calories. [ this rarely happens]



make a food log for 2 weeks and be HONEST . eat just like normal except log it and then come back and comntact the mod 3J , hes a diet guru.
 
i already have a basic eating plan ill still do the log and kick it off to the mod heres roughly what im shuvin in ma guts,

breakfast 4 eggs,500g tub yoghurt,protein shake

snack 2 cans of tuna,apple

lunch bowl of pasta or rice,2 chicken or turkey breast + multis

snack protein shake,almonds

dinner whateva mum cooks,cums in high quantity tho

i dont do much cardio im just a boney skinny fucker whos making gains everywere but my arms,like their shredded and look half ass when in action but other then that theres nothing there no mass fuck me life

Yeah, your diet is weak bro if thats what you eat to bulk. thats not enough food. i eat 2x more than that whn i bulk.

whats with the snacks... i eat snacks when i cut to replace meals. those should be whole meals since your trying to gain weight. cut out the shakes and eat more real food. double the amount of eggs you eat in the morning and get rid of that shake. your diet looks bad.
 
i have a friend who is about 6'4 and he has really really long arms
yea its harder to build mass man but you just need to eat tons of food and work out hard and youll get it. just remember you wont look as big as the 5'5 guy who weighs the same as you
 
Yeah that's only 3 real meals a day. Try 5-6. Do what dawg said. Measure out your food and write down how many cals, protein, carbs you take in every meal. I bet you'll be surprised. You're probably only taking in 3500 cals if your lucky. Try 750-1000 more and get 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of body weight. Talk to 3J. You'll grow. Just have patience. You don't need the gear at your age and weight

I'm taller and I know how you feel. I was lanky for the longest time and still am sort of.

Just takes time and food. I started out at 6'2 155 and now am 225+ (which aint bad for 3 years of training)
