Stats: 5'7, 174 lbs, 14% bodyfat.
I have ran many cycles in the past, but I did not keep many of my the gains as a result of relying on gear more than my diet. I have also tried to do things way too fast in the past. I have ended this all or nothing mentality, and I am ready to do things carefully and slowly.
I am planning to recomp from February 1st until June, which is roughly 18 weeks. My plan is to lose 4-5% bodyfat. I have enough ostarine for a 20 mg run for 12 weeks and will be getting a hold of some s4 when I can.
I train 4 days a week. On training days, I will be 250 above maintenance, and on off days, I will be 500-600 calories below maintenance. My diet will be a 40P/40C/20F or a 35P/40C/25F with intermittent fasting, as this is my personal preference.
Is this a reasonable goal? I don't see the point of cutting because I have so much time. I have 18 weeks to recomp. Also, how would you structure the diet around a recomp with sarms? Also, people have said that it would be beneficial to run sarms for 12+ weeks because the gains keep coming.
