considering ana Anavar (var) is the safest steroid the side affects are limited. Now for a 19 yr. old girl they might be higher obviously than a 50 yr. old man. I love Anavar (var) never experienced any sides. However I hear some girls complain about acne. Actually now I think of it I think I did experience a little insomnia with a high dose. Other than that imo it's the wonder drug. Thats why it's so pricey.

As stated above, 1k calories is very low with hypertrophy in mind - even for a women. You do need a little more calories, which should come from clean sources (I don't think you have a problem there).
Will Ana Anavar (var) help me get the results I want?
Yes and no. Ana Anavar (var) will help add muscle and shed some fat but there is no miracle drug. You have to also weigh in the fact that, though ana Anavar (var) is the safest bet for women, it can still have negative and irreversable side effects.

Incrase protein and low gi carbohydrates.
Should I continue my current exercise routine?
If your trying to gain muscle, cut back the cardio to 3x a week. Weight training can remain the same. It's in your best interest to focus on gaining or cutting. With my experience with ana Anavar (var) , using a clean diet, you can actually gain muscle while shedding some fat (though your not going to get ripped). Focus on one goal.
Do I need to worry about taking Ana Anavar (var) because I am so young?
I would personally wait a bit, but I began using at your age so who am I to say. Your still growing and developing a bit. Most of all, you still have a lot of experience to gain from training and dieting...though you may think you know it all. There is no replacement for time and experience in the gym.

Cardio:
6-7 times a week for 60 minutes each time
Weights:
4-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes each time
what type of cardio are you doing?
how long have you been on this plan?
if you want to cut fat, and build muscle, you may be doing too much cardio.

A mix of the stairmaster and full body elliptical.
Treadmill and bike is used less often
I hate CSUN!!!
