1st Cycle - Need Advice (Please) - Newbie

Not sure what to do. I have Sustanon 250 and Deca 200. I was told to start off with 1cc of each, 2 times a week.
Someone else that juices told me to use 1cc of Sustanon (sust). every 7 to 10 days. He said that Deca sucks and I should stack with Cipionate. I am 41 yrs old, 5'10" and 162 lbs. Any feed back would be great!!!!

read about these compounds all you can, also stick around and read threads and you will understand a proper cycle, proper eating and training, its all up to you.
 
Run the sust every other day at 500mgs a week. That's all u need for a first cycle. Just test. And deca does not suck, the only thing that sucks is the advice that douchebag gave you.
 
I'll give you some advice-Don't listen to retards! On a more serious note; IMO Sust is better ran ED to EOD or E3D (debatable-trial and error for yourself). I would run a little higher dose of TEST (600mg) than the proposed plan that you have, or lower your Deca to around 300 per week (having higher test will help with sides).

Do your own research but the concensus around here is Deca is one of the BEST bulking cycles that you can do. However, your diet and routine are going to be key, steering the way to your results.

PS. Cipionate (lol..as you put it) is just another form of straight TEST with a different oil/esther attched. Do some research and you'll figure it out man. G'luck!!!

PSS. Remember, the most important part of your cycle is going to be your post cycle therapy (pct). Don't slack on that issue. Sucks to have such hard work done on cycle then losing gains after wards.
 
For you first cycle TEST ONLY. That's it. There are reasons for it. You wanna know what is giving you your sides if you get it. What happens if you run test and deca and get gyno? You can get gyno from Deca. So it is from estrogen or prolactin that's causing the gyno? Who knows? Take this is steps. First a test only then add a compound at a time but "always" with test as your base. Ask any mod on here and they will tell you the same thing.
 
I'm quite surprised you got all this advice and nobody took notice of your weight. For your height, even at 41 years old, you can achieve better results naturally before jumping into gear. From the outside looking in, it looks to me like you need your diet and training in check. Even if your Test is declining at your age, I still feel you can get yourself at least over 180 lbs before you need to look to AAS. If your diet and training aren't in check, you'll gain some weight when using AAS but most of it's going to be water and when you come off, you'll be disappointed and wondering what you did wrong. You are going to do what you are going to do but I honestly think you don't need AAS yet until you have reached your genetic peak. IMO, you aren't there yet.
