1st cycle questions!

Training to get Big!!
I'm 25 150lbs. I want to get back to where I was in the army 175. What is a mild anabolic that I should use for my 1st cycle. I want mass and cut. I need to know what to get then i'll start my journey on finding a place to get the gear I need. I don't want to walk in the gym and ask random people. I've always had luck finding anything I need online. A pm with some reputable info would be greatly appreciated though. I don't want anything real strong my first time, just something to get me going a little more than I am now. I'm currently taking freakazol by epic labs. They banned that now. I'd rather go with a rig than a pill due to liver. Any info would be helpful. thanks again. Judging by all the research i've done, I need just a straight test for 1st cycle. But which one and how much of it how often etc. etc.

I think you need to eat, eat then eat some more. Your whole approach screams out that your not ready for gear, you need thoroughly go through ology and learn some things. Especially the diet section.

I'm not trying to build fat, I'm trying to build muscle. Everybody starts somewhere right? I don't plan to start this cycle for another 6 weeks while I get ready for it. 2 more weeks of the freakazol and then a 4 week break then i want to start a cycle of an anabolic injectible. Will someone suggest which one would be for someone my size and the dosage.

Hahaha why do you think I meant eat to get fat? haha funny shit. You need to eat to gain muscle. I eat 6 times a day and i'm still always hungry. how manys calories are you eating per day? grams of protein? Carbs?
 
I'm eating 2000-2500 calories per day, I drink 3 protein shakes per day 1 in the morning, 1 at lunch with a meal, 1 after i hit the gym after work, it's muscle milk, i believe there are 5 grams of protein in each of those, and I also eat 3 packs of peanut butter crackers a day, Usually eat baked chicken or steak with baked potato or some other potato. I'm not big on veggies I know that kills me but I can't help what I like to eat lol. I eat junk food usually at lunch, I don't know how many carbs per day. And yes I'm still hungry most of the time. I usually try to eat something with peanut butter for a snack. I usually eat 2-3 eggs for breakfast before my morning workout.

Did not think you wanted me to eat to get fat. I know what you were talking about. My main question, for my size would deca or winstrol either be good to start off on?

Your not eating enough and your not eating right. 3 protein shakes a day is a shit thing. 1 post work out is all you need or maybe for a rush meal. I'll give you one of my average bulking day diet. (luckily i posted this on another thread earlier)

Average day's eat:
8 am 1cup oatmeal 8 egg whites 2 bananas
11 am 2 tins of tuna on wholewheat bread x2 handful of almonds
2 pm PWO shake with oats semi skimmed milk 2 bananas whacked in a blender tblespoon olive oil.
5 pm 250g plain chicken breast handful of brocolli and new potatoes
8 pm 250g plain chicken breast handful of brocolli and new potatoes
11 pm 8 oz rump steak with brown rice and some cottage cheese.

Plus fruit throughout the day and shitloads of water.
 
man your diet is shit. you're not eating anything. i eat 7 meals a day when im on cycle. you cant just take juice and expect to magically gain muscle weight. contact 3J for a diet plan

Okay I will do that. I'm not on a cycle nor have I ever been on one. That's why I'm asking you guys. I don't even plan to start a cycle for another 6 weeks or so. I'm just gathering information for it right now and I want to have time to acquire my gear in this time. Who is 3j? Is it a member here? If so I'd love to talk to him about a diet for cycle time. I eat other things in between all that. I just don't have a steady diet that is consistent on calories, carbs, protein. So yes I'm open to all information. But I do want to do 1 cycle in 6 weeks. Nothing major, no stacking. I'm a picky eater so this diet thing will be my hardest part of all. I can go to the gym twice a day no problem, I have no problem with the motivation. And I know i can't cycle and just gain muscle. I know there is more to it. I'm just trying to see what gear one would say would be best for my body.

This diet I could do. Minus the tuna. Anything i could replace the tuna for? I am a car salesman, I can snack all day if need be. and me and my boss work out together so there will be no problem trying to hide it. He's actually about to start a cycle too, only thing is he can get test from his doc. I've got to find another source.

I drink probably a gallon to a gallon and a half of water per day. Just the freakazol makes you thirsty, and has some of the sides of the other gear. Mild agitation, nothing out of control, i've also noticed the lack in my sex drive, which sucks right now because I have ass being thrown at me as of lately lol. The guy at the nutrition store said the freakazol is a legal steroid, well used to be legal when i bought it anyways. Has anyone here ever tried it? He said a lot of juicers take it in their off cycles, which makes no sense at all since it's worse on your liver than the real deal. So if I get this diet down right, which gear would one recommend me use for the very first time?

Don't copy what i've put. you need to create your own diet for your needs and goals. Get the thought of gear out of your head until you've been eating properly for 6 months atleast. Then when you've got a better base for you to build on come back and ask for advice on gear. You should use this time to research and get your training up to par.

The bros are giving you good advice you wanna put on as much natty muscle as possible so it will help you keep your gains at the end of the day all that matters is can u keep gains.At 150 your not going to keep nothing cause u dont know how to eat...gain 25 pounds natty in this time study your ass off and learn how to run a proper cycle

even living at the gym wont help you if you have a shitty diet. i was like you before. no matter how hard i train, i never gain weight. until i started eating well. and yes 3J is a member over here. go to the diet forum he has a sticky over there. be sure to get your shit straight before you go on the cycle. i know that eating well will be the hardest part for you. but hey, no pain, no gain. dont waste gear because of a shitty diet. my first ever cycle i was doing 250 test e/ week for 8 weeks. i gained total of 8 lbs. by the end of the cycle i lost all 8 because i had a shitty diet.

freakazol is a prohormone, mass lmg, superdrol and halodrol i looked it up. thats not really a beginner ph and its not good at all for your liver also will shut your natural test down. you should read the sticky about oral cycles, another thing on that stuff your food intake sucks like others have said. hopefully you get liver support and something to get your test levels back to normal.

501 were not trying to be difficult, you came here for advice from others who have a great deal more experience than yourself. but it seems you really just want us to tell you what you want to hear not what we believe.

it seems you already have decided to run a cycle with your boss and now are just trying to get some gear. again not being against you but this is definitely the wrong approach and those of us who have been in the game for years see it all the time.

there are more complex things about AS that you dont understand yet & it is unwise to jump into before knowing this stuff. You cant just ask what compound to run. Given your stats & diet you will loose your gains even if we did tell you which compound to run. 8 weeks of glory is not worth it. You have to prioritize things and shouldnt be in a rush to jump in. adjusting your diet (not for 6 weeks) and fine tuning other variables you can gain much more natural and keep more of it to. then maybe then you would cycle.

take Bundy for example that cat was here for years before he touched anything. SMART BRO.

also based on your experience and questions your not aware of importance of post cycle therapy (pct) so your gambling with your sex drive, sterility, and ability to make natural testosterone on your own once you have stopped using steroids ...

so maybe you can slow down a bit and let these good bros give you some feedback. dont take my post the wrong way.

No, I'm glad you guys are giving me advice. Maybe it's not what I want to hear but after thinking over night about it and doing a bit more research, I realize you're right. I love how these people at the nutrition stores recommend shit (the freakazol) saying it'll be safe for 8 weeks. What can I get to finish this off to help my liver and fix my sex drive? Should I finish the cycle of this or just stop taking it? I'm taking 1 pill twice a day with a meal.

I see I have a lot of research to do. Thanks for not just telling me what gear and shit. I really appreciate the smart advice.
