1st cycle Tren + test + clent advice

I am about to run my first cycle of tren:

36years
5.10" height
86kg
15%bf
weight training for 10 years

I am looking for some advice even though have researched for years before using at all.

Test E - 100mg - one per week (use the for 4 weeks prior to tren usuage)
Tren A - 50mg - once per day
Clen - staggering up to 200mg per day (2weeks on 2 weeks off)

Weights training 4 times a week
Cardio intense 4 times a week

Goal - lower body fat %, increase the lean muscle mass
Diet - breakfast - oats, followed by protein shake.
mid morning - 2 eggs, can of tuna
Lunch - either chicken salad, tuna salad or salmon salad
Afternoon - handful of almonds, handful of prunes, protein shake, can of tuna or salmon
Dinner - can of tuna, can of salmon or grilled / poached chicken.
after - protein shake

How long till you think I will see results?
Any suggestion on diet to get my results?
A lot of people have mentioned shut down on tren - what does this mean? and why would this occur?

I will post results every week - as I am currently 4 weeks on test E, and first injection of test A yesterday, one week on clen.

Any more advice in improving is very much appreciated? Anything more I should be doing?

is this your first cycle? or first cycle with Tren?? If it's your very first cycle ever I woudn't recomend Tren. You need to see how your body reacts to gear first. I wouldn't even runn the Clen as it's over hyped and worthless but if anything scrap the Tren.
 
You need to fix ure diet. Too many shakes and not enough food.

Ure not ready for tren. Tren shuts you down... as in it will stop ure testosterone production. Without test ure gonna get into all sorts of problems. And the wife won't be happy ;)

If this is ure 2nd cycle. Do test alone again and talk to 3J. ItS ALL ABOUT DIET.
