1st time clen user

I'm getting ready to start my 1st clen cycle. Please give me some thoughts and insite.

Day 1 20mcg
Day 2 30 or 40mcg
Day 3 40mcg
Day 5 60mcg
Day 6 70mcg
Day 7- day 10 80- 100mcg
Then I would go back day to 20mcg on 14 days on.

What u guys think??

Im just looking to cut 15lbs before I hit Vegas.

I'm 225 right now 6'2"
 
When I cycle clen I do it like this:

You dont really need taper off of clen, I lower it a lil but that's just to make myself feel better not cause it really physically effects me - lol.... Also when you're tapering up you may need to stay at a lower dose for a couple days till you can tolerate the side effects. Since you're male you can easily go up to 100-140, some people even go to 160, but I wouldnt go over 160. Basically rule of thumb is to find the dose you can comfortable handle.

I ran Clen + Keto, starting at 40mcg/day. I went by body temp, keeping a 2 degree rise over baseline (established over 1 week period prior to clen cycle).

I held at 40/day with 1mg keto nightly for about a week. I then ramped up over a 3 week period to 160/day in 20mcg increments as needed to maintain temp.

I noticed some weight gain, but also leaned out. My muscle stamina died, hopefully that will bounce back quickly. I stopped cold turkey about 2 days ago, no issues. I'm fairly stim resistant, didn't find the shakes too bad, but I was unusually hot the whole time (as would be expected with elevated body temp). I'm taking a month off all clen and ECA, we'll see how it goes.

I will have to try that, usually i pyamid up and taper back down for about tho and a half weeks.
 
personally i take it all in the morning or before 1pm or i cant sleep, and drink lots of water or the cramps are bad.
 
so should i take say 10mcg in the morning and 10mcg around 1-2pm??? or just take it all at once??

I would take 20 in the am when I get up, when I go to 40 I add and 20 around 2pm, for 60 I do an extra 20 in the middle of the 2, and for 80 I take 20 every 2-3 hours not to taken after 4pm at the latest (try to stay around 3pm) - but you'll have to adjust for what works best for you.
 
took my 1st clen 20mcg today didnt really feel ,uch.... it did feel like my airway was opened up more then usual

Oh, and are you taking your temperature everyday?

when u start ur own thread go towards the bottom and theres a bounce of stuff there that u can link at an attachment, go to the attachment and then browse ur comp where u have it stored and then follow the directions
 
I'm going to start some clen near the end of my cycle also I was wondering though alogia, is that how you started your first cycle of clen or is that just how you take it now... cause what I am wondering for me is if the 20 to 40 would be to big of a jump or is it not really that intense of an increase?

Males would do a clen cycle a lil different than a female. All clen pills that I have taken (have never had liquid, but have heard it is good) have been 20 mg and an increase from 1 tab to 2 is not too much if you do it a every couple days to let your body adjust to the sides. A male should start at 40-60 mg a day and increase by 20 till the max dose of no more than 160mgs. Some men only want to go up to 100mgs, it really depends on your body and what it can handle.... The cycle I listed was how I did my first 2 weeks. After I know how my body reacts to the clen and I start at 60 mg for the first day or 2 and then up to my max dose of 80mg and go back to 60 the last day.... You dont need to taper down though, I just do it for piece of mind.
 
Weight loss

How much weight have you lost using clen? I heard it's bad for cardio, what do you think? Is albuterol better for weight loss?

I had fat loss with clen but not actual pounds on the scale. It seemed to burn off the fat and make my muscles look more toned and pronouced. As for cardio, I work out in the am and take my first dose after my work out so it didnt seem to affect it at all.
