ok, my diet is pretty good and i know how to cut but a chick at my gym thats a trainer confused me today..
im hitting some water pills, maybe clen ontop of cleaning out my diet totally. i do plenty of cardio as i do mma training on top of lifting and cardio at gym.
she told me what im doing is good and to carb deplete this week then load 3 days before i leave. but to eat white rice instead of brown rice cause the brown will make me retain water..is this true?
