Alright guys,

right to keep it short and sweet im 24 and keep fit with a great diet, but something somewhere is gone wrong and im suspecting Low levels of test..

- no matter how hard I try to gain muscle it feels like ive plateued. Delts dont seem to grow no matter what.

- Libido has taken a bit of a hit, not as horny as I used to be. Sometimes find it difficult to ejaculate during intercourse.

- Mood - generally happy go lucky guy but I always feel this 'dark cloud' over me, no matter how many self help books or positive material i surround myself it always lingers there...

- Tiredness - can get tired of life after a few days, sometimes following a 4 day split leaves me tired.

- FORMER gyno sufferer - got removed, had it since i was a young teen.

no real aas use, used to abuse caffiene but have kicked the habit (pre workouts) for a month and fixing my adrenals..however this hormone issue seemed to exist from before

BLOOD RESULTS TOMMOROW! Heres hoping if I post my results you knowledgable helpful peeps will help me out!

Thanks

Could you expand on your "great diet." Unless your already maxed out your natural genetic capacity (which is very unlikely) diet is the key to adding mass ~ especially at your age. You have to eat to grow.

What are your stats (height, weight, body fat, and how long you have been training)?

You also stated no real aas use. Please elaborate, did you use pro hormone as they can also shut down your endo system if no proper pct was used.

Aged 24, 5''10, 200pounds, bodyfat around 11%...

Diet is very clean 6 meals a day, high carb and protein, lots of good fats - natural foods - steak, tuna, chicken, brocolli, avacados, fruits, figs, nuts, seeds, protein shakes etc

Diet is definitlely covered..

AAS use 1 cycle of Anavar at 60mg for 6 weeks with Nolva PCT - had my symptoms way before this cycle and this cycle didnt hinder me one bit hence not even mentioning it.

BLOODS RESULTS TOMMOROW, will post.

Thanks
