Ok guys, I just finished a (first) cycle of test c 400 mg/wk for 12 weeks. I'm 34 years old. Been training for two years, started at 156lbs. My stats are 184 around 13bf at 6ft tall. At the beginning of the cycle I was 175 14 bf. My last inject was about a month ago and currently on 10mg nolva/day for two more weeks and recovering fine so far. My goals for this next cycle is to be 190, 9-10 bf.

Breakfast
2 whole eggs, cup egg whites, cup oatmeal, cup unsweetened almond milk, tbsp natural pb
Meal 2 7oz chick breast 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3 2 scoops whey, apple
Meal 4 7oz chicken breast, 6oz sweet potato
Meal 5 6 oz lean steak or fish, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp coconut oil
Meal 6 2scoops casein, tbsp Nat pb, cup unsweetened almond milk
Sides on first cycle felt like I had ligaments of an old man, likely because my strength went way up(bench increased 40 percent) started taking joint support and that helped. Did feel bloated at times
Sides from nolva was headaches so I decreased the dose to 10 mg and had aleve handy. Besides these I felt great...
I already have post cycle therapy (pct) on hand for next cycle, nolva and OTC test booster(p6)
What would you think for a second cycle? I def want to run test again maybe at 500-600 mg/wk this time with anastrozle to minimize bloat. If I were to throw in another compound what would you recommend? I won do Tren as I already have slight anxiety occasionally. Thanks bro's flame away
