2nd Cycle NEED HELP!

im new to this so please dont chew my head off ive done alot of research but i want someones point of view for someone such as myself. my main goal is to bulk up. im 5'8" about 158-160lbs. from the info ive gathered i am thinking of getting testosterone base, equipoise, and deca. any advice on what i should run these at and what order for how long would be greatly appreciated

I am a novice too, but I can advise you the same my 1st cycle (I've finished 1 months ago) and I'm very satisfied for the goals.

Sustanon 250 1 vial/week x 8 week
Dianabol 15 mg/day (3 x 5mg) for 1st 4 weeks (for more safely you can take legalon 200 together)
3 weeks after last shot start clomid 50 mg/day x 3 weeks as pct

If your main goal (as mine) is to bulk up, this is a great novice cycle, and safely for low doses such as these.

I started from 157 pound and finished at 178 pound.
Now I'm on the 3rd weeks on clomid pct and I've lost about 2 pounds only (water retention) the rest is lean mass!!:dance2:

I don't recommend you Deca durabolin for the first cycle because has less effect than testosterone and brings more fat and water retention!

you might want to go back and check out this statement..

Have been around for some time and never and i mean never had i heard that you will get more fat and water retention from deca then from test.

Now gaining weight (( fat )) is controlled by your diet. You can take test or deca and get just as fat off each of them if you eat crap all day long !! And if you take a equal amount of deca as test you will have more water rent off of test.....

Well your first mistake is your 21. What was your furst cycle? If your 158 at 58 and your only one cycle in at 21 years of age your diet is a problem. With your age and already high test levels, aas us a mistake. You have to eat to gain. Don't tell us you are. Just trying to help you out. Without the RIGHT food you won't gain with or without gear. Diet is were you become a stud or a dud. So do us a favor and save the headaches and get your diet and check and wait a few years till you have a better build and your natty test levels drop. This is the better approach to getting where most want to be at. Your wasting your high natty levels by using aas. Natty levels are free and all you need is to fuel it with the RIGHT nutrition and its like using aas.

I agree with you that the increase of fat depends essentially from the diet... However I have never tried the deca, but I did several searches and I know that is one of the safest and most effective steroids ... I'm novice and accept corrections from more experts than me!

I gave you the RIGHT anwser. Deca has to be ran at least 12 weeks and test at 13 weeks. Deca also has to be ran at like 400mg/wk and test around 600/wk. But with your size and age its not gonna work unless diet is good. Imo you should wait a few years, see a nutritionist, and put on 20lbs.
 
And I also do agree with bigherm on this as well. At 21 you should be eating your ass off.

And you should also know that gear is not a magic pill..... Its only as good as you make it. All the vets on here will tell you to wait. But no matter what you are told I am sure you are going to do what you want. So before you do make sure you have EVERYTHING !!!!! you need to start and that also means your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and pct !!!! good luck..
 
i dont think gear is a magic pill or anything at all. and believe me i eat like a damn horse but havent put a pound on since i got out of highschool. after my first cycle i put on almost 30 pounds. i know im young and everyone says too young but i wrecked my body on hard drugs at a young age so i gotta do whatever will help now so after the results from the first cycle im def. doing another. i dont mean to sound like a smart ass cause i appreciate everyones input but im a little different than the average 21yr old. plus im on medication that makes it harder to gain weight and pretty sure i have low t to begin with

See bro that's where you wrong. It's not the fact eating like a horse its how much and what. What are your macros? If you don't know then I rest mt case Look at your height and weight. You arent eating It's a fact.
 
Anyone can tell just by your height and weight that unless your body fat percentage is ~5%, you're not eating right, and you're probably not training right either. You could easily by 15-20 pounds heavier at a low body fat percentage at that height naturally.
