2nd Cycle Test C, EQ, Anavar. (Proviron?)

Stats
Age 25 will be 26 in 2 weeks
Training seriously for the past 6 years. Diet has been in check for 5 years
6'1
215lbs
13-15% body fat. Will drop to about 205 before I start


Its been about 16 months since my first cycle.
1st cycle was
Test E 500mg 12 weeks
Turinabol 50mg 6 weeks followed by a full PCT Clomid/nolva


This time around I am looking to do
Test C 500mg 13 weeks
Equipoise 400mg 12 weeks Up it to 600?
Anavar 60mg 8 weeks.
Aromasin 12.5mg Ed increase or decrease if needed. Also have adex/letro on hand
GOAL is a recomp. Put on about 10lbs realistically and loose about 10-15lbs of fat.

PCT will be
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20.
Have HCG on hand as well.
I have Liv 52 and other Himalaya liver support, taurine, fish oils,etc.
Diet is in check, training is in check.



I have 5 packs of Proviron that I would like to use, what are your opinions on running 1 tab/25mg full cycle or the beginning/end. I've heard mixed reviews on how long people have run proviron for. Your opinions are welcomed on proviron or my cycle in general. Thank you

quite a step up but they r e mild

but not cheap huh ? Run the hcg through cycle at 125-250 iu s 2- 3 times a week starting 3 or 4 determined by nut size

and I love proviron but it add s to an already caloeric deficiting sexual exercionary life style ..and while it s an anti e it is rather marginal at best.

... plus 10 muscle and - 15 fat...that will be cool to see..

205 to 215 and lose 15lbs of body fat??? in 12 weeks?? and change of 25lbs... realistic? this I'd like to see as well

how about making a realistic goal of staying at 205 and reducing your body fat % down to around 10%, that would even be impressive
 
Got a good deal on the anavar so I bought a nice amount. Was from a close friend who was not going to run it. Good source also

As for the gain/loss, I'll shoot for some more attainable numbers, I don't really know what to expect but I'd be cool with leaning out a few lbs of fat and gain anywhere from 5-10lbs clean. Something like that would be nice.

If I up the EQ to 14 weeks, shouldn't I still drop a week before the test. Run EQ to 14weeks and Run the Test to 15weeks?

In my humble opinion a complete re comp like u said you would like to attempt is an awesome attainable goal in 12 months. I say this as I was 25, 25 years ago...u got time...slow down..on the gear..the strain.. the pressure...ease up. I ain t trained in 4 days as I did not fkn WANT TO. Every 4-6 weeks I lay out and eat like a fat kid ice cream, fried gravey ( sorry3j) whatever I can process but nothing hurts. Shoulder s good. Back,,doable. Knee..acceptable..the glycogen s stored, electrolyte storage tank s overflowing.. and as I got green lights across the flight panel I m gonna fkn kill it for 3 day s in a row focused round push, pull, legs.....and I ll be cock strong.

My point..all u young bucks need to down shift, chill, eat more, rest more, use less gear at reasonable doses , take time off... set reasonable goals to achieve the big ones. ( we red neck s won almost every battle in 1861-1863 but lost the war ultimately) Do not burn out.....u reading this Matt !!! lololol It ain t the gear it s the mindet and my mind is screaming to go and move some weight get sore wo injury from head to toe take 1 or 2 off do it again..for a month..lay out..heal eat rest ejaculate often.

OP... recomp is a great goal to have, just make it attainable by doing it over a 12 month period like mentioned by the elder statesman above ;)

it's not a race, one day or a few days at a time, and pace yourself...
 
u r on the front end of middle age which is defined as 40-60 where as I am a mid middle aged guy !!!!!!! ( and loving it)

OP is the source is the same..maybe a bad batch ? Shit happens..
 
No problem, I know you fellas are here to help and are just being honest. I'm not new to the game and have been reading for years, but I definitely have a lot to learn still. That and I don't cycle very often. Any info from you vets is greatly appreciated.

All compounds are from the same source and same brand. All have checked out

This is at 187-188lbs about 15 months ago. I don't have any recent pics on my computer. As a guide, I put on maybe 5-7lbs of lean mass and 15lbs of fat since then. But have been consistent with training/diet and overall have improved my lower body size as well as my upper back the most. I'll get some more pics up whenever I start "My steroid cycle thread". In the meantime, I still have some reading to do.
