2nd CYCLE TEST E & DBOL (Please Read Need Advice)

Here's the deal.

Cycle:
*Week 1-12 Test E 250mgx2 every week (mon & Thur 1.25cc)
*Week 1-4 Dbol 50mg everyday
*Week 1-12 Liv.52

PCT:
*Week 14-17 Nolva 40,40,20,20
(might run estrodex through entire cycle)


Stats/Diet
*Age: 30
*Height: 6'
*Weight: 190 lbs
*Experience: Always worked out but hitting it hard @ 1 year mark
*Diet: Shooting for 3,000 cals a day, don't really count calories but I eat pretty clean
*Diet: Going to supplement with OPT Nutrition "Serious Mass" twice daily


Goals & Concerns
*Weight: Current = 190lbs / Post Cycle = 205 lbs KEPT
*BF %: Current = 14.9% / Post Cycle = 10-12% (would like lower)
*Water retention & fat is a concern
*Should I cycle in Winstrol (Pills) last four weeks @ 50mg everyday? (already have on hand)
*PCT- do i need additional support
*Is Dbol dose to high or should I take out all together (i'm getting 50mg pills)

WO Split:
*Monday - Legs - Squat, Leg Extention, Leg Curl, Calves
*Tuesday - Shoulder & Forearms- BB Shoulder Press (standing), DB Reverse Fly, Clean & Press, DB Lateral Press, DB Shrug, Upright row /Forearm- Standing Wrist curl, BB Wrist Curl
*Wednesday - Core- Abs, Light Cardio,
*Thursday - Back & Biceps- Chin Up, 1arm DB Row, Seated Row, Bent Over BB Row, Lat Pull Down / Biceps- BB Curl (standing), Close Grip Preacher Curl, Incline DB Curl, Concentration Curl
*Friday - Chest & Triceps- Flat Bench, Incline, Decline, DB Flys, DB Pullover / Tricep- Tri Extension, Tri Dip, Tri Bench Dip, Skull Crushers

I will chime in for a second. Your workout def needs some improvement bud. Just looking at your back day for example, you have three rowing movements in there. Plus I dont like doing bi's on back day. Plus you only do one day of cardio? Not sure how you plan on lowering your bf that much by one day of it. I would revise my workout plan then worry about my cycle.
I have done a similar cycle to this one and all I can say is give it a try. Record your results in a notebook and keep track of what works and doesnt work.

But if your dead set on it, id drop the dbol to 40, or 35 depending on the dbol you got.

PCT: Wheres the Clomid/HCG

And how bout a different split on you routine 5 days on is too much, how bout 3-4 day split.

i agree with him man, when i ran dbol at 30mg 5x/week for 6 weeks i had pretty dam good results
