2nd Cycle Test E & Dbol

Hey fellas, good to meet all of you im new to the boards around here. Hope to gain a lot of knowledge from you all. Lets get to it though.. A little info about me: Been a competitive athlete my entire life and have been weight training for about 8 years total, the last 3 iv taken seriously. Im Looking for any constructive criticism although i think i have pretty much everything dialed in. Ill be splitting up the test injections into 2x250iu injections on mon and thurs. I was also interested in running HCG @ 250iu 2x a week for the whole cycle to keep my nuts in full working order instead of dealing with it later.. Do you think that would be necessary for this cycle? im trying to eliminate the bloat as much as possible with the adex. not tryin to rock the moon pie face :naughty:

Age: 23
Height: 6'0
Weight: 185 11% bf

Cycle History Did a cycle of Test E and Deca a couple years back when i was still in college and did not have the knowledge i have now.

Workout routine

Monday-Back/Bi's
Tuesday- chest/tri's
Wednesday- Legs/Shoulders
Thursday- Abs/rest
Friday- Back/Bi's
Saturday- Chest/tri's
Sunday- Abs/rest

Diet
I intake around 3500cals a day and 250g of Protein
5-6 meals a day consisting of eggs, grilled chicken, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, raw milk, steak, brown rice, whole wheat bread and pasta.


Cycle

week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
week 1-4 Milk thistle ED
week 1-10 Test 500mg EW
week 1-10 Liquidex .5mg EOD
week 1-10 HCG @ 500iu EW ?

PCT

week 13-14 Nolva 40mg ED
week 15-16 Nolva 20mg ED

also you need to add clomid to your post cycle therapy (pct)....50/50/50/50 and if your going to do that type of post cycle therapy (pct) then why not use the blast phase of hcg....first day after inject blast 500iu ed for 10 days....4 days later post cycle therapy (pct) starts

good to know about the milk thistle. Should i replace it with Liv52? I wasnt planning on running clomid due to the sides, ud say its an absolute necessity? Interesting on the "blast phase" as it was my understanding that the HCG should be stopped within a week of ending the cycle cause the testosterone production it induces will further inhibit recovery..? Correct me if im wrong please. any and all input/criticism is greatly appreciated. Thanks Cobra

Liv 52 would be a far better choice. As far as sides from clomid....you probably won't experience any at 50mg a day....I think most people get sides from doing to much clomid. I wouldn't trust just nolva for a pct....its kind of weak....I like the nolva clomid combo though.

As far as hcg goes.....testosterone does not inhibit recovery. Hcg is suppressive to the hpta and that is what inhibits recovery....hcg has a half life of 4-5 days so thats why you stop it 4 days prior to pct.

OP..if your doing lot s of sets...your overtraining i m o. You need at least 1 day completely off if not 2...eat sleep...recovery..is key.

ok cool, thanks for clearing that up cobra as my eye sight is bad enough already.. although i am looking forward to blowing huge loads allover my girls face :naughty:

ill keep that in mind and throw my ab exercises in randomly throughout my other days giving me 2 days off a week. thanks for all your advice fellas. Im feelin like i got everything in order now:dance2:
