Tomorrow will be the beginning of the 4th week of my test-e and deca cycle. I'm going to post stats from start until now to get a better look at what has happened in a very short period of time.
Week 1. Weight-190lbs Today, 7/23/11 Weight- 198lbs
Arms- 16 inches Arms- 17 inches
Forearms- 13 inches Forearms- 13 and one quarter inches
Chest- 40 inches Chest- 40 inches
waist-35 inches Waist- 35 inches
Thigh-24 inches Thigh- 26 inches
Calves-15.5 inches Calves- 16 inches.
Chest stayed the same measurement but I know for a fact fat was lost off of my chest, so thats a good gain to me. I've got one more heavy week of lifting and awesome gains, then I'm off on vacation for 5 days. I'm going to just take off and get some rest, my tendons are starting to hurt.
