2nd go round w/clen, need suggestions 4 diet& training

I started my second cycle of liquid clen yesterday...

My stats are:
5'6
145-150...I'll find out for sure tonight.
~16-17%bf

I would like to get to:
140lbs, and 12%bf by the end of the 12 weeks.

My plan is to go 12 weeks, 2 on 2 off.
I started yesterday at 20mcg and today the same.
I woke up about three times last night but was able to fall back asleep without much effort.

I plan on this week looking like this:
* This all depends on the symptoms and how I feel....
Tues: 20
Wed: 20
Thur: 40
Fri: 40
Sat: 60
Sun: 60-80
Mon: 80

I'm looking for some advice on diet and training splits?

Right now, this is what I have planned for diet:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Chicken, sweet potatoes
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Chicken Salad with some veggies

...here at work we have a free kitchen here at work so I plan on eating lots of veggies, and some fruits. I've been snacking on trail mix and eating tofu and tofu chicken(boss is a vegetarian).

Right now, this is my training schedule plan:
Day 1: Cardio, Legs
Day 2: Back/Chest
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Bi's/Tri's
Day 5: Cardio, Dance Class
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Cardio, Dance Class
 
Clen schedule looks good. Diet looks pretty good too but it is really low on carbs. Because of that, I would try and add some more protein and good fats in there so that your total daily calories arent so low.

Other then that, everything looks good. Definitely keep us up to date with your progress.

Well so far so good, no side affects felt.
It's weird though because usually I can't sleep on clen, and the last few days I have been falling into a really deep sleep during the nights, should I be concerned?

When are you taking your clen, as in what time of day are you administering it?

Also, what brand is it? Are you 100% certain it is legit Clen?

Are you getting the usual shakes that are associated with taking clen?
 
I usually take it first thing in the morning. I got it from ScienSupply, I've ordered from them before with no problems with the liquid Clen.

I didn't really get the shakes last time either but I did get bad headaches, and some cramping.

Last night I took it right before I trained and I felt like I had a ton of energy, so how am I suppose to know if it is working?
 
Ive never heard of problems with ScienceSupply products so Im sure the Clen is good to go.

Im definitely surprised you dont get shakes but everyone is different right?

Generally you will know when its working because you will get either of the following side effects:

- shakes
- headaches
- muscle cramps

You did start off really low at 20mcg so that could be a reason why you're not really feeling the shakes. Like I said, ScienceSupply, as far as I know, has never had any bad feedback so Im sure the product is good. Just keep at everything and let us know how it all goes.
 
I am now at 60mcg a day and still not really feeling it! I have been trying to drink lots of water to avoid the headaches, I have only been getting them slightly, but no other side affects.

I'm just wondering what else I can do to try and speed up the process, maybe change my diet and training??? Any suggestions? I have been doing cardio almost everyday for 40-60 minutes, which is way more than I normally do, and I still haven't dropped a pound! I know it's only been a week but shouldn't I be feeling something or at least loosing a pound or two?? Help Biggie!!

Even though I havent heard anything negative about Science Supply products, anyone who is experienced with Clen will tell you that getting the shakes is the most prominent side effect.

So I guess if you are up to 60mcg/day and not feeling any shakes, and have never felt any shakes off of this particular clen, then it is possible that the product is not 100% quality. I can only speculate based on the side effects that you have told me about. I can tell you that when I took one 40mcg pill of the Hubei clen, I got really bad shakes and that was only 40mcg.

your diet looks good but you could add some almonds or nuts to your diet , how are you preparing your chicken salad ? if your taking 60 mcg of clen you should be bouncing off the walls with jitters and shakes i would definently look into that .
 
OMG.. no jitters at 60mcg!!! WTF?!?!? LIL.. that is not a good sign honey!! Sounds like you might have some bogus clen.. even if your receptors are flooded, you will still get some sort of jittery feeling..

G32 has a good point.. where are your fats?? Almonds with your shakes are a great idea.. or Udos.. but you need fat to burn fat!! Most women shreik at that idea, but trust me, fats are necessary!!

Well I guess we will have to do some more shopping!!
 
Well it's been two weeks and as of last night I have dropped 5 pounds but I think mostly due to stress. It was a bad weekend so due to nerves I think I ate a total of 2-3 meals, I know not good, but we all have those days.

G32 - I usually have my salad with just chicken, romaine lettece and dressing (any suggestions on good low fat, carb ones??)

I also am starting a NEW bottle of clen tomorrow so I'll let ya'll know about the side affects this time.

Well I started a new bottle on Monday and I have already dropped 3 pounds this week. I am getting major headaches but still no jitters, maybe I am an exception to them, is that possible??

heheh....consider yourself lucky if you're not getting the jitters.
Oh, but the headaches must suck. I never got the headaches, only major shakes:(

LUCKY!! hell i would take the shakes over the jitters ANY day!!
 
I took Biggies advice and took it before bed and ....no headaches!!!....but I don't feel it at all that way either, so hummm...Biggie PM me again.
 
I'm not really sure, but I don't think taking clen prior to bed would be that effective.? I would also add some fish oils to your diet as well.
