Well, from what I understand, clen raises body temp via the secretions of the adrenal gland. Generally speaking, epinephrine in and of itself does not burn fat. It makes the process of burning fat much, much easier, but physical activity is still necessary. Since this window of opportunity only lasts a few hours, sleeping 8-9 hours would basically negate the effects of the clen. At least this is how i understand it. The method mentioned prior to this post, would possibly be beneficial for helping someone loose water, but as for actual fat loss, I'm not sure.
