Hey iv been doin my cuttin cycle and im only down 1% in body fat in 3 wks! HOWEVER, i have kept my body weigh tthe same and goten stronger in almost every lift. Im doin just 150mg of prop with 50mg tren EOD.

Now im loving the fact that im lossin fat and gaining muscle BUT dont u think 1% in 3 wks is too slow ? i am about 14% right now i wana go down to 8 %, 6 % to go based on the speed im lossin it itll take me 6x3= 18 wks! and my cycle suppose to be max 10 wks.

may be its time to add in clen? I dont want to loss an ounce of muscle in this cutting cycle... well thats the plan any way, last cutting cycle i went down 30lbs in weight but i lost ALOT of muscle...

If you really want to get there, look into a clen/t3 cycle. Works like a charm. I would only do it while on a Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle to prevent losing alot of muscle.

Why so low?

I agree with bleachcola, in that you don't want to go that low unless its for a contest. Even if you do get that low by using drugs if you come off its likely you won't retain as much size as if you dropped to 9%. Plus, you'll gain more muscle while on if you don't have to restrict your diet as much.

ok guys, my diet is not hardcore, its almost 100% clean diet but its maintenance calories, i was plannin to loss fat with this cycle not by dropin calories but by increasing cardio. I amd oin HIIT cardio routine i started out at 1min and im up to 7min hiit post workout 4-5 x / wk.

now im planninto build it up to 15min but if u have done HIIT ull know how hard it is to go longer, Do u think i should add in 1 hour of cardio 1-2 x / wk and keep my HIIT 3-4 days a week?

reason im not dieting too much is because last time i lost fat (30lbs) i lost ALOT of strength/muscle. I promised myself i will never go back there agian.

Im kinda in the same boat, but for me its because I lose fat slowly, you may also, for me I am adding t3 for 50 days very soon and going to do dnp for 10 days

Tell you how my body works, cut or bulk, not maintenance I go NOWHERE. Progress of any kind is way, way too slow like this for me its virtually nill.

I'd pull 500-1000 calories.

i have to keep clas under 1,000 to cut fat, ive been at it for a week and feel like shit, but woohoo, im alive and losing weight

Your aim for the week should be to come in at 7000 calories below maintenance through a combo of cardio and diet. If you're not in a caloric defecit you're not going to lose anything.

I am cutting too....
Vasopro and caffeine
12.5mg every 2 hours of vasopro 4 times per day and 100mg caffeine with the vasopro (ephedrine) for 5 days on 2 off.
I am also taking San T3 3 times per day.

I have cut my calories significantly and have rearranged where carbs and protein are in the day.

I lift 4 days per week for just under an hour and then I take a ten minute break, have half of an ABB Carb drink and do elliptical machine for an hour - about four miles or so. The cardio is also four times a week.

I have been doing this for about a week and a half and I can already see results. Arond my belly and some other spots. I have also stayed the same weight.

Maybe mix it up a bit, or look at carbs.

First of all, 1% bf loss per week can be expected through diet alone, so you are a little on the slow side, but not much.

Personally, I think this exactly OPPOSITE of how you should go about losing weight. Cardiovascular exercise is catabolic, and therefore it will make it more difficult to maintain or build muscle while cutting bodyfat. Cut some calories and let the diet do the work for you. If you start out doing a ton of cardio in the beginning what will have left when you plateau??

My .02 - Drop your calories about 500 calories below maintance levels and continue to do HIIT 3 times a week. When you stop comming down in bf, slowly add in low grade cardio in the am before you eat. Get outside and go for a 30 min walk in the am. The scale should start to move again. When you plateau again, add in more walking. Summer will be here soon, so add in another evening stroll for 30 5 x week.

I would think to do cardio and then do HIIT when you plataue suince HIIT is much more intensive.

I think you rely too much on drugs ... Like StoneColdNTO said, take a look at you're diet. It's almost all in the diet ...
I know some guys that get ready for a show just by switching around their food ratio (without doing cardio). You didn't describe you're diet in details. Do that and the guys will be able to criticise what you're doing wrong.

And you said you were eating maintenance. How can you expect to lose bodyfat? Focus on one aspect Lose bodyfat or gain Lean Body Mass.

T3 works great but not a good idea if you're having problems with a slow metabolism. Seek professionnal help and the doctor might prescribe it and give you the proper amount of T3 you need.

IrishMobBoss, DNP !!! I can't believe you are willing to risk your life just to shed some bodyfat. This shit has no mercy!!! Maybe if you were a top bodybuilder ... and even then DNP is plain suicide.

 Bro do some research, don't belive the media hype. Everything in moderation is ok.

I like what Faye said. Drop calories 500 a day (good for about a pound a week discounting water), and I love walking. I can't really hang well with "real" cardio, I do lose LBM and it beats up a heavy body anyway.

Sorry .. I've done my research... DNP is an insecticide for crying out loud! IMO it's plain stupidity to add that to a cutting cycle. Come on, there's better way to get lean...

Just read the side effect at the bottom.

And if he gets the capped version, who's telling him that they are dosed properly?
I am currently on DNP and so are 3 other bros on this board. If you do you research and do it right you will see that it is not as bad as it is made out to be. I agree there are potentialy bad side effects and DNP is not for everyone but so far I am still alive and kicking.
