hello all i am new to all of this stuff but i have a couple questions before i start my very first cycle. I am 35 yrs old 6'2" and 160 lbs i work out 3 times a week and ingest roughly 2000 calories a day but everything i do i cant seem to gain any weight or mass i drink my shakes and everything am i doing something wrong ? and is starting a cycle really gonna be worth it in the end all i really wanna do is get up to about 200 lbs and not fat weight. if anybody has any insight let me know i purchased Test Cyp 300 gonna start my first cycle on 3/9/13

no offense, but unless your training and diet was spot on, you wouldnt get much off of 600mg either.
in the study cited, i was pretty impressed with the results off of the lower dose.
