I was sent here by a user he told me to follow up what you say i have actually a really good base my stats are

5'10
194 (about 18% BF)

The reason im here was i was sent by a user and told to follow you. So im here to ask what do you think the best way to bulk up routine would be when im at the gym i do

My diet is:
Breakfast
Oatmeal
5 egg whites
Protein shake

Lunch
Chicken Breasts
2 Potatos
Rice
5 whole eggs
Protein Shake

Dinner
Steak
Pasta
Protein shake
 
that's not gonna cut it bro..

u should be eating around 3400 calories

300g protein
400g carbs
77g fats

divide the protein into 6 meals

divide the carbs into 5 meals..

be sparing on the fats through meal 5 and have a high fat meal for meal 6


go to my free diet advice thread.. read everything in post 1.. it'll give u some good info...
do everything it asks and come back to me.. iv already done your bmr/tdee for you
