3J's GF's amazing recipe for RED brown rice

Hey guys! sorry, I know I've been MIA on this thread lately! 3J n' I have got our hands full with 3J's Nutrition Network!

I'm back n' ready to answer any questions...

@tommbstone: If you want an easy, steamer version...

youre gonna have to prep the meat and sauce and pour it over the rice in the steamer. I dont recommend it because you loose a lot of flavor but it CAN be done!

7 cups?

Holy shit man 7 cups of uncooked rice is a shitload! LOL I'm a single guy and live alone, gonna have to cut this recipe in half ;)
 
Hey everybody! So I have FINALLY started my Madam 3J blog where I'll post recipes... and I have a SUPER easy version of my original Red Brown Rice! Give this a try n see how much easier it is! Madam 3J Wellness
 
made it tonight, but didn't have curry. So, i cut the salt in half used a tbs of cajun seasoning some Cinnamon and cardamom and added a pound of groung chicken.

Came out great. I'll have to grab some curry for next time.
 
Ran it through a calorie calculator and set it for 7 servings for the whole batch.
