what shoud i eat to do a solid diet please

hello my man....

you have two options for help..

1. go to my free diet advice thread.. read everything in post 1.. do everything it asks.. and post up a proposed diet for critique.. ill do that for free..
i cant build you a diet... thats reserved for my clients
