I dont believe it either, but I tried many times and still ended up in that range, last time I got a scan a month and sum ago I thought I was at 12% bf and came out at 9%, so we'll see tomorrow as my appt is at 9:45am

Wouldnt say spot on clman the last few weeks, been a struggle at times during waking up and getting that starving feeling I havent had before the last few weeks, think I have been depleted so long my body is now telling my something but trying incorporiate more cheats or refeeds to fullfill that feeling and last these last few weeks, then I will make some decisions on what I want to do, and where to go from there
 
Like today geared up for a " cheat meal" so been sipping on just egg white and iso protein to reach my 225g protein limit for my sunday refeed, then will order a nice pizza, and some cake lol, and I will eat as much as I can in one sitting lmao, usually till I almost puke haha, but damn it taste so good being depleted so long haha
People think I am nuts at work when they see me drinking egg whites straight but fuck it haha
Suppose to fast for 8 hours, so wilo be bloated as fuck when I go into tomorrow for the scan, my water retention will be through the roof as the bloat from refeeds last 2 to 3 days so hopefully doesnt effect my scan to much ;)

Well def happy with this outcome, put on some lbm while hovering around the same bf %
Will def keep grinding it out till then end of the contest, hopefully reach my new goal of 7% bf :)
Have put on a far amount of lbm since adding in tren as well :)
Went from 173lbs a month and sum ago to 190lbs with approx the same bf %, but gotta figure the bloat from yesterdays refeed lmao, so probs sittig around the 185lbs range

I like seeing those lab results Matt and that pizza, I LOVE pizza. You guys are showing the work, dedication, and putting in the effort. This is a close competition.
 
This week using the IF diet approach 16 hour fast, 8 hour window to eat
First meal is at 11am, last meal before 7pm, fast for 16 hours while getting my cardio from biking first thing in the morning (30min bike ride) and my work offers lots of cardio, always on my feet

My tdee has changed as I am 192lbs at 10% bf, gained quite abit of lbm as well since adding in tren in the mix

Really starting to tighten up in mid section, and starting to really get vascular in the mid section, arms, shoulders, pretty much all over a new vein appears ed, more stares def, only thing I hate is when people interupt u and ask questions lol, feels good ya, but I mean business when at the gym lol

Wish I could rip the shirt off at my gym, lol tried once and got kicked out, as the lighting is awesome in there and really notice all my veins popping after a great pump, some dude also thought I was pushing his weight at 230lbs, he was amazed I broke the bad news and told him I was 190lbs, he obviously was a lot higher in bf and told him its all about illusion in this game
Cant wait to put some mass on this winter after this cut, I will recomp for a few months dropping back down to my cruise dose then will bulk up probs around oct, see where I stand after this cut tho, got a photo shoot lined up at the end of july
Posing classes also will start after the end of july as well
No rush tho got some work ahead of me
One thing at a time, this contest first :)
