This week using the IF diet approach 16 hour fast, 8 hour window to eat
First meal is at 11am, last meal before 7pm, fast for 16 hours while getting my cardio from biking first thing in the morning (30min bike ride) and my work offers lots of cardio, always on my feet
My tdee has changed as I am 192lbs at 10% bf, gained quite abit of lbm as well since adding in tren in the mix

Really starting to tighten up in mid section, and starting to really get vascular in the mid section, arms, shoulders, pretty much all over a new vein appears ed, more stares def, only thing I hate is when people interupt u and ask questions lol, feels good ya, but I mean business when at the gym lol
