Well spoken Matt. Cutting is very hard. It drains energy and you still want to eat. Everyone that joined up is tough and serious. This is going to be good.

Total cals 2330 ( close to a 15% deficit)

Training- use dorian yates " blood and guts" "hit", I like his routine but also switch the routine up abit by adding drop sets, or slow negative movement on the way down to really stretch that muscle
Also dont go crazy on the weight nomore, really concentrate on form and squeezing that muscle, also the mind/muscle connection as well
Dont care if I am on tren or not or what the other dude is lifting beside me, as long as I come out of the gym fully pumped and veins poppin I could careless what he lifts, leave the weight ego behind me and let them do 2 reps while I pump my good 8 to 12 reps and get a great pump in return
As I am not a powerlifter but lift for bodybuilding aspects of the game hitting each muscle group hard when I am at the gym during the week

New to all this - what does shredded mean? All I can think about when I hear shredded is the cheese for my tacos...

I actually just got some Genotropin HGH in myself. HGH is one amazing bodybuilding and rejuvenation tool.

If you are adding in HGH to your current cycle you are really going to lean out. So far you are doing great

Done playing around, back to strict dieting throughout the week, last week was so so
Just going to incorperate 1 cheat meal throughout the week on wed, but iifym style of dieting where it still fits my set macro's, then a carb refeed on sunday like planned throughout my 16 week cut :)

An hour bike ride outdoors in this nice hot weather ( 2 days off work :), once again no indoor cardio lol, later on this evening gonna hit chest and biceps :)

But did the 3 point jackson/polluck method and says I am 7% bf as of right now
Even the saprailiac skinfold gives me 9% give or take
Will get another scan done in another 3 weeks to a month
