3J's Nutrition Network and P.S.L.Teaming Up for a Summer Shredder

Is this contest goin' to start ? the original time frame was perfect for me ( 24 may to 24 july ) as i'm going on a cruise on the 23 july but now .....we are 10 days past the 24 may and contest hasn't even started yet .....
 
Contest Starts Tomorrow!

Every 3 days until the contest ends we will need each participant to log their progress. We want to know what you ate, and what kind of a workout you did during those 3 days.

At the end of every week we want to see a picture of each contestant in all 3 poses FRONTAL POSE, SIDE POSE, and BACK POSE.

The final week we will want to see FINAL PICTURE POSES and 3J and I will be doing the JUDGING and maybe I might need some help from P.S.L. We will have to wait and see.

The contest will END on 7/24.
 
Great , will start my log tomorrow . Quick question : as 3j is doin' my diet , am i allowed to post what i eat ?

Good where is everyone elses log at? Will you provide a link to your in this thread? What do you think about updating your progress here? We need it to be recognized who is holding the summer shredder. All contestants should of started their logs already.

Training- use dorian yates " blood and guts" "hit", I like his routine but also switch the routine up abit by adding drop sets, or slow negative movement on the way down to really stretch that muscle
Also dont go crazy on the weight nomore, really concentrate on form and squeezing that muscle, also the mind/muscle connection as well
Dont care if I am on tren or not or what the other dude is lifting beside me, as long as I come out of the gym fully pumped and veins poppin I could careless what he lifts, leave the weight ego behind me and let them do 2 reps while I pump my good 8 to 12 reps and get a great pump in return
As I am not a powerlifter but lift for bodybuilding aspects of the game hitting each muscle group hard when I am at the gym during the week

Love the competition, this is awesome, something to look foward too and see everyone get shreded
Gonna drive this shit one step further, love the motivation fact of this summer cut :)
The hardest part of the game is the mental aspect, if u get pasted that, think of the eyes u attract and comments that are being made, makes everything so much sweeter :), goodluck to all
