3rd cycle pros/cons advice anyone??

I didn't come here to get put down and ripped apart. I came for advice, sorry that my genetics are made up with a really high metabolism. Every man in my family has never been bigger than 140 no matter what they ate. Hell my grandfather sits in his chair drinking beer, eating pizza, French fries and spaghetti everyday and only weighs 120.

Anyways I asked for advice what to do for my 3rd cycle, should I add something? Omit something??

My diet is good, I eat 4 eggs and spinach for breakfast, then 4 meals throughout the day each consisting of a breast chicken/turkey, a veg and usually red beans, some times a sweet potato. I have 4 eggs before bed also.
I train every night for 2-3 hours.

IDK Where to start with this one bro...

1) the shit your saying about your genetics is bullshit... you just literally aren't eating enough and no drugs will help that

2) you should omit everything and learn how to diet.. spend the money on hiring 3J and possibly some test e since i know your still gonna cycle regardless of what we say... but hiring 3J and following his guidance with some test in you is all you need

3) you train wayyy to frequent and for to long of a duration ... especially for your caloric intake

4) your telling me your eating enough yet your diet doens't look like any more then 2,000-2,500 calories....... 4 fucking eggs and spinach... heres a real simple fix

breakfast ) should be 8 eggs, a bowl of oatmeal, banana/fruit juice/ any other fruit

meals 2-5 (the ones your having thru the day) add steak or ground beef for 2 of those meals, add more chicken/turkey to each of those meals.... and a whole sweet potato should be mandatory for each meal 2-5

bedtime ) 8 eggs, bowl of cereal with milk.....

that'll easily add another 1000 calories and if your not gaining with that you should really go to the doctor and get your bloodwork done to see whats wrong with you

It has nothing to do with genetics. You obviously don't eat enough. Yoy got the advice... stop taking gear and get your diet and training together. You jusy didn't want to have to work hard so you jumped on gear ay the first chance you got. If you don't like the advice you got then ignore it, but don't pretend we didn't give yoy any at all. It's just advice that you don't want to hear, but it's what you need to do. It's your body. Do wtf you want to your body. You're the one thank have the medical problems, not me.

Chi- town, you're right about the cold turkey thing. Another reason aas is so looked down on is these uneducated physicians. To an extent it isn't always their fault as aas is banned from even human studies, but if we can get information and learn these things then they can as well, abd so many refuse to. Again, perpetuating the cycle of stupidity. I actually have a friend that slit his own throat because his family doctor abd parents made him quit abd his parents actually threw out his pct even though he explained to them what it was for. He lived, abd he was too young to be on gear anyway, but still. To this day he has a huge scar across his throat. Breaks my heart every time I see him cuz I love him like a burger. Taught me a lot of what I know. Thankfully he's still here

and if you think about it there is tons of studies done on steroids that are approved for medical practice, but stuff like EQ, Tren, peptides, and some orals have no medicinal use soo it would be quite hard to perform a study with a large enough group of subjects for it to be sucessful

At 5'7 you should be over 170lbs, even if you have a a true body fat of 10%

Not trying to debate...but says who? Who says he SHOULD be over 170 @ 5'7? Do you understand how short that is. I am 5'6 and don't ever plan, nor do I ever want to be over 180pounds. There's just no reason for me to be.

It just gets to me because these heavier guys feel because they are a certain weight that everybody else should as well. Some of us just want a nice ass body and around 170(depending on height) it is definitely achievable

I myself am taking AAS because my T levels range from 394-1100 and i am 410. Since my i am technically "normal" Doc says it's nothing he can do even though I have basically all the symptoms of low T. I told him what I was going to do then and he said he will monitor my bloods every other month. I know most do around 100mg or whatever but I decided to just do a full cycle.

I'm only 5'9", 2" taller than OP. And if he is 170lbs that's small, I'm around 220 right now have been up to 230, so I currently weigh 50 lbs more than OP at merely 2" taller. So yes he should be over 170 with his "history" he's claiming.

^^ NO SHIT!! Great question. As Norsegod has posted in previous posts, THIS is the shit that gives us all a bad name in the community. If you can't discipline yourself to eat right and gain naturally you have no fucking business running AAS, if you want a "nice ass body"(whatever the fuck that means) then at right and quit being lazy and taking steroids. So nice ass body means 170 with a six pack with 15" biceps and a 38" chest??? So with a t-shirt on you look like a scrawny guy? Try having a six pack weighing 225 and looking like a man with a short on, then and only then have you accomplished something. Anyone can be 170 and ripped(nice ass body)... OP has run 2 cycles and has failed miserably somewhere, diet I'm sure. I'm coming down hard because I'm so fucking sick of people coming in here asking the wrong questions then when they are redirected where they NEED to be focusing they get butt hurt cuz "wha wha wha nobody will help me" we did help!!! Hire 3J get your shot together then come back to AAS! And that is all!! Asshole out! Peace bitches

180 at 5 6 is big bro.

That's the point I was trying to make. I read thru these forums and some of these guys, no matter the height or age feels everybody should be between 210-230 pounds...which is just stupid. If op's training is up to par,at his height he should have a decent looking body.

I agree that 5'6" 180 is thick.. But 170 at 5'7" should be focusing on diet... The my metabolism is to fast BS is just skinny guys blaming there lack of discipline in the kitchen on there body.. I've seen some guys, skinny guys with "fast metabolism" go from 170 range to beast mode.
