I've been on TRT for about a year. I used to play football and rugby in college, and rugby after college up until a few years ago. My body is beat up and it hurts when I lift, when I walk on the treadmill, when i get out of bed, etc. Are there a couple of supplements that actually help? I've been looking at creatine but I'm not crazy about adding 20 lbs of water weight. I do intermittent fasting and eat one meal a day, although occasionally I eat lunch and dinner. I'm 6'2 and 290 lbs. I don't know if there is any other relevant info to post.
