5 year old gear?

What would be the biggest concern with 5 year old gear? It has been kept in a cool, dry, air tight environment during that time. Black Pheonix Polysteron and EQ that was excellent back in the day. Most of what I have read is that it would have lost potency but is not hazardous.

I know some would say that availability of new UG stuff is good and why risk it but as a middle age guy not wanting to take risks I would rather not chance it.

These are unopened vials? if so you are GTG. As you said, worst case scenario will be that the gear is slightly degraded potency wise.

Why risk it unless your hurting for cash. 5 years is long time. They put expiry dates on things for a reason. If the potency is not here, why bother injecting just pointless oil. Chuck it
