50 Days - Anavar (var) Only

40mg a day i think. give it a couple weeks to start seeing the strength and pumps in the gym.

Should only take a few days until u feel llike rock! Gotta love that var....:D Not sure you will enjoy the ...say in a loud echo... "PUMPS OF PAIN!"

yea - i'm doing 4-7 meals a day, target 3500-4000 cal.
day 3, my bench is up from 250 to 275lbs.

i weigh 185/11% BF to start (these are approx. - i will get accurate measurements tomorrow). i definitely felt stronger in the gym. no crazy pumps or noticeable growth yet, but the strength is pretty much instant. also a little bit of acne, which sucks, cuz i was expecting none.

also, taking NoX2 (No2 knock off) - been on it for 2 weeks already. I started MuscleTech CEE today too and i'm taking some vitamin b everday.

my goal is to gain 10lbs lean mass, and get shredded to the 5-8% range. strength is good too, but my goals aren't specific besides i would like to get my bench back up to about 350. i don't know how realistic all this is, but i'm gonna do what i can.

oh yea...also, i'm doing German Volume Training pretty strictly ..if ya'll were wondering what the workout regiment is...just google it, and i'm sticking to that that's on the bodybuilding.com page. cardio is basically bball every other day, and i'm lifting the following split:
M-chest/back
T-arms
W-cardio
R-chest/back
F-arms
Sat-cardio
Sun-legs/shoulders

Looks like overtraining to me...you really not aching after that ?

i like the aching... and it's only 5 lifts a week... i've been doing that forever, when on and off cycle...

so yesterday i got all feverish and sick - dunno if it's the side of the var or not. i'm constantly pumped - i don't think my calfs have unflexed in a day. i'll see how strength is changing after that. i'm already lookin a little more cut. good stuff.

haha yeah the same thing happened to me on Var, I was walking around all pumped up for no reason and people are telling me to calm down before I exploded! :) If u havn't already throw in some CEE ( Creatine Ethyle Ester ) seems to be synergistic with the Var and again you get a nice hike in strength...

It does seem a bit much to me as well. I guess he has outstanding recuperative abilities.

I disagree with the comments on Over training. I actually think it is quite difficult to over train when juicing. Think of all of the athletes who train solidly for 8 hours a day, 5 - 6 days a week. I know its a different kind of trainging to an extent but the effect of it on muscle tissue is the same. You break the tissue down, it regrows stronger. So how is it possible that these guys train so much without over training and a bodybuilder doing the same body part more than once a week IS over training. It seems to me as though the over training principal is one of those myths from the 60's that has endured for no real reason.

Overtraining includes joints/tendons/ligments ..see how well you can build muscle with an injury :)

Keep us updated. I'm anxious to hear how your cycle is going. Var is something I just added for the first time, and have been on it for 4 days now and already this morning I felt a great tightness & pump in the gym.

Gonna be a great ride.

I don't know...maybe i'm slow to recover? But maybe if my life was bodybuilding, i too could train 3 hours in the morning, eat a scrumptous meal then take a four nap, get up, eat, and lift again and sleep again. I'm lucky to get 6 hours a night...maybe if i could get ten hours a night i'd be able to lift 2 more times a week. Also, someone mention joints and tendons...and trust me, once you pull, stretch, break this stuff...you loss ground fast. Slow and steady wins the race.

hey, so i think i have ebola, and havent been able to train for a week, since i was only a couple days in i just stopped the gear, and will restart in a week or so when i'm not dying. i went to the doc and got some antibiotics, but i didn't want to waste all the $$ on training when sick.

I totally agree, I wouldn't recommend pushing yourself too far, but i'm just saying, I don't think you need to worry about over training too much either if all your doing is 2 days lifting and then a day off even if he is playing some bball on his rest days.
