We all start like you Russel... and the best advise I can give you is this...
When I first started out, I took lots of notes, (and still do) - there were times when I also made note of which member
I was learning from... because of the variation of methods from member to member... soon you'll learn the foundation (the rules)
you should completely understand.
Now, I'm always adding to my computer folder... which has many files labeled by topic topic... as I've learned more, almost all of the information comes
from studies, and or doctors .
To keep in manageable, each file contains multiple sections of information on the topic...
An example would be like this - I have one file on hGH which will list...
1) How to mix it
2) How and when to test it for blood work
3) Different doses, and ways to run it... the difference in results with a variety of doses... what did the studies show.
And so on...
Also (this is important) - if I post information that is only based on hearsay (not studies/proven methods) I will also provide that information as well
so the members fully know that the information is only based on my understanding... "take it with a grain of salt."
You have a great attitude by wanting to share some knowledge... ultimately that's what makes Ology the great place that it is.
Now let's see what you can do.
