Some background first. 52 years old, 5'7", 180 lbs. I have been training (cardio, toning) for about 2 years. Was 232 lbs. 2 years ago, but I have been running cycles of subq HCG/dieting to get my weight where I am. My BF is still high in my opinion, 29% according to my fancy scale, but I am hoping to jump into a cutting cycle to help get that BF down. I am planning to do pre-cycle bloodwork, but I know my test is probably pretty normal to high. At 52 I am as horny as I was at 15, with super stiff morning wood everyday, and a very happy wife. The problem is in the gym. I can lift some ok weights, but have hit a wall in terms of mass production, strength, and fat loss.
I have been reading pages and pages of information about the juice for about 2 weeks now on Google and other boards. I choose to join this fine board today and have read all the stickies and all the beginner stuff. I am real close to jumping all in, but I still have some doubts because of my age. I plan on starting SLOW and easy, but any advice, recommendations, thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
