I switched the routine up due to a friend's influence. Lately, I have been doing more volume (ie 4 exercises per body part, all in the 8-12 rep range with some sets till failure). I havent gained much size at all with this volume routine but have leaned up tremendously. This is probably due to diet though.
Im around 222 now, down from 235. I would guess my body fat post cycle therapy (pct). is 10-12%? I plan on switching back to the 5x5 because I made the biggest strength gains so far.
However, I want to implement some pin work, GMs, and band squats with the 5x5. What do you think Pullinbig?
