6 days into PCT and already lost 9lbs

Hi Bros,
I'm kinda stressing out a bit as I don't know why I'm losing so much weight so quick. As the title says I'm 6 days into PCT and already lost 9lbs.

I ran a 17 week cycle in total consisting of
1-6 40mg dbol
1-10 400mg tren e
1-17 750mg test e

I put on 22lbs in total.

I was taking 500iu per week of HCG split into 2 x 250iu shots. I ran this from the start of my cycle to finish and also did 500iu each day for 5 days after last pin. My boys felt fairly normal throughout my entire cycle.

I was also taking .5mg eod of arimidex thoughout to maintain reasonable estro leves and not put on as much water so I would say a fair wack of the 22lbs I put on is solid gains.

I am currently running 50mg per day of clomid and was going to run this for a period of 4 weeks and I'm also taking 25mg ed of aromasin.

My eating is perfect and training is solid. I did notice that I lost allot of strength fairly quickly.

As far as I am aware I am doing everything correct. Am I freaking out or is a 9lbs loss in 6 days fairly normal when putting on 22lbs?

Any info would be appreciated.
 
thats a lot of weight off if you werent bloated . have you cut calories or used any weight loss drugs or done a lot of cardio ?
 
and there is a good chance you are dropping water weight. Keep the diet up like everyone mentioned
 
Well its been said that rapid gain muscle doesn't retain compared to slow gains... but kick the cals up some more and keep training. What is your daily Cal at?
 
My bet is on water weight also. Explains the drop in strength as well because water weight does make you strong! temporarily anyway
 
Another vote for water weight. You don't lose muscle at that rate bro, just doesn't work like that. It's not fluid.
 
I haven't been taking any weight loss drugs nor have I been doing any cardio. My diet is in check I'm eating a fuk load probably more then I should. Its weird cause it certainly didn't feel like water weight I didn't look puffy as some do when on gear I am fairly lean and hard. If it is water I would suspect I shouldn't lose much more cause how much water can you hold. One thing I have noticed about 2 weeks from last pin I have been pissing like crazy having to get up like 2 to 3 times a nite to piss and this has been happening since the start of pct its starting to get a bit better now though. Ill keep use updated.
 
i would add a bit more clomid. like 25mg extra. you had to of added lots of water. as mentioned you dont lose muscle mass in that short of time.

How do you look in the mirror??

the strength loss isnt the best tho......

idk how you feel about otc test boosters but id look at anything that can help.


do you normally lose lots of weight/stength in pct?? what happened in your past runs??
 
Aromisin is knocking the water out. Reduce your aromisin to 12.5. Start tomorrow on 15g creatine a day. It will hold some water in the muscle and help a little with strength. Some of this is normal Nd this happened in my last post cycle therapy (pct). 20 weeks of deca and I thought I had minimal water bloat, lol, I instantly dropped like 6-7lbs and I've been thru pct many times.

How many cals are you getting a day? We all think we eat a lot. If you are eating too clean you may need a dirty meal to get the cals. Keep protien high right now and you need to continue on heavy weight, low rep, good intensity, but not as intense as you were on cycle.

Get in and out of the gym. No more than 45 minutes. And make sure you get lots of rest, creatine, lower aromisin, more food. You should be fine. The biggest problem is it starts to screw with your head when you start to lose some weight. You are still up 13 lbs, that's huge, so don't let it bother you and fight to keep the rest. If you walk away with 10lbs of muscle that's still a big accomplishment but do the things I mentioned and keep your head in it and you will retain that weight and possibly start to grow again. This is when I love to use igf.

Yeh I'm about to start OCT test booster today to help aid the recovery. I haven't experienced this sort of rapid weight loss in the past but then again this is the 1st time ive used aromasin in my pct maybe that has something to do with it.
 
No do not take an OTC test booster. Those will not raise test and will end up just converting to estro causing more suppression thru negative feedback loop. Stick to your dose of clomid, I guess you could use a little more but I already gave you advice on options that work without negatively impacting you.

Clomid signals GnRH, which signals the pituitary to produce lh/fsh, these signal the testes to produce testosterone and function properly. Let it do it's job. If you start adding crap like "test boosters" you are going to make things worse.

I do eat allot or at least I think I do...I don't really count calories but always consume 8 meals a day a couple of them are shakes and each meal contains at least 200grams cooked meat chicken, steak, fish ect a cup of cooked brown rice per meal or 150grams of sweet potato and 100 grams of vegies. With my shakes I have about 40g protien and post shake add 70grams of carbs. No carbs in casein shake before bed though. I admit Ive never run aromasin in pct before and perhaps that is exactly what's stripping the water out of me. Does it effect your lean muscle gain if you strip your water weight out to quick once your off gear?
 
The reason whey is a supplement is cause people just want the protein from it and not the calories but those cals are the energy that feeds your muscles.
