6 months off cyle

ive been off my cycle for about 6 months now, and ive kept pretty much everything i gained and a lil more after the cycle. was wondering what you guys think. so constructive criticism would make me work at it even harder so feel free to tell me what you think and i know that i dont have my "WHEELZ" out yet..lol.. my quads are in descent shape just my calves are laggin a bit, but i will post a picture of them a little later on.

my stats are 6' tall, 175lbs, 10-13% bf...

yeah good work bro but if you want some constructive criticism...get your pictures taken in relaxed poses so we can see where your lagging. Stand with normal posture and get a picture taken from the front...and back...then we can compare...I can't tell if you are in proportion or not...but you look like you are from the pictures.
 
I bet you get lots of chicks with that bod man. Good work, I know not everyone wants to be a massive freak.
 
Great job! Major changes from the "droopy" picture (the first link). What was your cycle like...eating habits...training.
 
very nice improvments, but take it easy with the poses, they are kinda funny. What are your longterm goals?
 
good arm size. My quess is you don't do deads with that small of a waist? Def. chic bod.
 
Are you gonna tell us what you did or shall I guess? I guess that you took steroids. Am I right?

i used deca/test for 6 weeks. also did resistance training to keep size for my weight while reducing body comp. also cut carbs to below 100g per day and watched sodium level very carefully so i wouldnt bloat, and did cardio twice a day, so i could maintain an athletic build.
