hey guys .. here it is. i have been on prop and EQ for 7weeks now. i hit my right thigh 8 days ago.... usually it cramps for about 4-5 days MAX ..... it feels like there is a REALLY tight section in my thigh hovering around the injection site. to give you and idea. i can't kneel or squat. so no squats or lunges!!!! ,,,, will it go away? i mean its a little better but not gone like it should be. oh and no,, no discoloration of the skin so i dont think that its an infection. and yes i rotate sites as its an EOD shot. i don't even get any cramping in my glutes anymore. just my thighs.

I shot 2cc/ml of T-400 once and I'll never do that again.Fucked my leg up for 2 weeks. When I leaned on anything there was a swollen part of my thigh that left a mark there. It just healed by itself but I learned something about shooting then. How long was the needle ? What gauge? Ever try shooting in your ass instead? You would need an 1½ long needle then.

yeah this was 2cc total with a 23gx1" ... ok i'll hold out on going to see my dr. then. when i shoot the ass.... i don't even feel it,, its GREAT ,, no cramping i don't even feel it penetrate the skin. but with EOD i need more than 2 sites to shoot. you know? ... thanks for the input.

Sometimes I have really sore spots for no reason I can figure out. I recently had a spot that was sore as hell and stayed sore for almost 2 weeks. I shot the same thing in the other glute 4 days later, and it was back to normal first.

You will know if it turns into an absess.

What i always do when that happens to me is alternate heat and ice a few times a day and that seems to speed the healing process up a bit.

tighs are fucked up like that.

personally, i say dont shoot em. If you get the pain like you are describing, just walking up stairs you will be struggling like fat hoes to get laid.

Shoot the ass cheeks, delts (all three heads work for me) and bii's.

I only shoot in the thigh because I don't reach my ass that well to do a precise shot....but when I do shoot I stand up and flex my quad in the leg I'm going to shoot so I can see the muscle clearly, then I make a small pen mark on the site. I sit down and prepare the shot after that. Then I shoot while standing but relax the muscle before. Usually it goes in like butter and it's a 21gauge. Also anything over 1 1/2 cc is likely to cause swelling and pain for the next few days. If I feel a lot of pain during the shot I pull out and replace the needle. The quality control on them doesn't seem to be that good. Also if I use the needle to suck up the preparation through a rubber stopper, it has probably been dulled too much to use comfortably.

I change pins after withdrawl from the vial each and every time! It is good protocol to swab the site with alcohol, withdraw with one pin, swap out with another new and sharp pin, then inject and wait about 10 seconds before withdrawing the needle. Most of the time I have pain from injecting in the quad is due to the oil seeping back up to the inject site and pooling under the skin and causing discomfort. I now wait until the slow count of "10" before withdrawing or I do a "Z-Track" injection to avoid having the oil/inject back out and seep under the dermis (skin).
BA can also cause extreme pain and discomfort (as found in T-400).

huge brusing!!!

I have pain in the glute on both sides. used some major heat to try and treat the swelling and pain. Woke up next day with brusing like you have never seen running down both glutes to the leg. Thought I was bleeding out LOL looked and looks really bad really bad. Pain from the pin shot and swelling are now interfering with leg work outs. Using deca and Test, tired of the pain any ideas......
