We always will try and get your order processed and shipped out within 48hrs if possible (Sunday is a off day). Direct Line aims to have the best prices online. We have many other medical products avaible also that are not listed yet. Message us on the contact page with any questions of items you do not see on the website and we will contact you with detailed information immeditately. We have a huge inventory of products avaible and are adding items listed regularly. If the shipping takes too long or item is on back order we will change your order to cost and then the difference will be put as store credit.

Right now we are running flat rate shipping on all orders for 9.99.
