A Chinese Cycle

Helloe everyone! Not really, I'm chinese! :)

Anyway, my weight now is 135 and only taking amino acid6000 for supplement. Has a lot of milk in meals.

My cycle is:
Monday:Rest
Tuesday:Chest, Bicep, ForeArms, Abs
Wednesday:Legs, Calf, Abs
Thursday:Rest
Friday:Rest
Saturday:Back, Shoulder, Abs, Tricep
Sunday:Legs, Calf, Abs

I had to do this sched bec it really fits my school sched. :)
Well, I'm happy to say that I'am improving(Still no chest though)
