a girl's experiment with HGH/DNP/CLEN

Hi there,

going to run a 6 months cutting cycle. am a girl but experienced with some gear.

GEAR: var, winstrol oral

AM: 2iu of hgh injected into muscle for faster clearance; add clen+t4+nolvadex,
30minutes of empty stomach cardio after taking the injc+fat loss-combo.
after cardio: light functional training. pwo: WHEY ONLY in order to let the hgh do its magic for a longer period of time.

PM: heavy weights with carb+pr-pwo shake. 1h later big dinner.
okay to have those carbs pwo or should you stick to a lc/keto diet when on hgh??
Moreover doing warrior diet so the dinner would be huge in lc style.
this is done for 10 days, then change clen to dnp as it loses its effectiveness...

on dnp everything stays the same just change the clencombo to dnp only and do a huge dinner in high carb style as dnp depletes the glycogen stores, right.
this dnp wanna do it only for 1-5 days at a time as it bloats so much.
after 1-5 days of high carb+dnp it is 10 days of clen+lc again.

basically wanna change between 10 days of lc+clen or other more mild fatburner with 1-5 days of high-carb+dnp.

MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION:

I READ ON BLONDIE'S THREAD THAT YOU CAN RUN THE DNP WHILE ON HGH BUT THEN OTHER GUYS TELL ME THAT THE HGH WILL BE SPOILED BY DNP?!

MOREOVER IS THE HGH ONLY EFFECTIVE WHEN RUNNING STRICTLY LC/KETO AND ANY HIGH CARB DAYS ARE PROHIBITED???

PLEASE HELP AS EVERYBODY TELLS DIFFERENT!!!

your running hgh,clen,var,winnie, dnp,t4, nolva ???

no you can eat carbs with HGH BUT you shouldnt eat any carbs for an hour or more after IM hgh

BUT im thinking you should slow down a little and do more research, all of these are risky but dnp/t-4 serious stuff

you should post in the female forum for more female perspective
 
interested in how this goes...good to know these kind of things when your spouse gets "curious" and wants to "try" different things.
 
Very interested to see how u do with dnp. Be careful please !

I like dnp at 400mg-600 per day for a week at a time.(too high of dose for a female). Anything more then that and I start getting uncomfortably sweaty and can't sleep because I wake up in a soaked bed (my towels all get wet)

I would recommend 200mg of DNP every 2 days for a week. That should be pretty safe and not give much issues. Be careful and drink lots of water and gatorade (to replenish electrolytes)

save the clen for after dnp. since you will have strong appetite after using dnp the clen can be helpful afterwards but wait at least 1 week after last dnp pill to start clen.

Welcome to Ology :)

What are your stats ? age, height, weight...
So your doing a 6 month cutting cycle ?? I hope u don't mean you'll be "on" these copounds for 6 months straight... Except for HGH, which u need to commit to long term to maximize it's benefits.. but the var, winstrol, DNP, clen & nolva are meant to be cycled differently...

What are your goals with running all this ?? In all honesty you are running way too many compounds & DNP alone is one that has to be taken very seriously... I would never recommend DNP to anyone, it's literally a poison & to me the risks are not worth it's use, same with Clen...


If your on the warrior diet & your training an hour before your "big dinner" and since you pretty much have to keep calories very restricted during the day on this diet, u need to keep in mind that "heavy" training during a period of minimal food intake is not something u want to do..
(Especially taking clen, DNP)
As for HGH and carbs, no, carbs aren't "prohibited" everybody reacts different to different diets, u need to tweak your diet according to your goals/training/stats

You really need to do some more research before jumping into this, keep in mind the risks involved here & remember achieving your fitness goals takes time, hard work & dedication... and there isn't a "fast" lane that can take u there..

Allow yourself some more time to do research & keep in mind the risks..
 
Definitely want to listen to Mrs. P on this one, pretty heavy stack like FF said especially while taking stims too.
 
Fit star you have to be really careful! DNp is some serious stuff. It's a poison, after all. Maybe stick to clen and other stuff? Take care......
 
I personally hate clen and so did my ex. Too much of the shakes. Just sharing my personal experience with it.
